Our area

Our office is located in the small market town of Sauze Vaussais, ideally situated in the very heart of the Poitiou Charentes region. From our base we can reach out to the south Deux Sevre, Northern Charente and South Vienne.

We are easily accessible by air, car or train from cities like Poitiers, Limoges, Bordeaux, La Rochelle, Niort, Angoulême ...

Climate

Our area is renowned for it’s microclimate and reputed to be the 2nd sunniest region in France.

Vast sandy beaches on the Atlantic coast, the beautiful port of La Rochelle with over 2,200 hrs of sunshine per year, super, rolling fields of vines and sunflowers that yearn for the rich sunshine of the region.
